The repainting and sanitizing of the North Water Tower has been completed. We will start to fill it shortly.....

The North-South alley on the East side of 220 West Jefferson will be closed for a couple days for sidewalk and alley repairs.

Due to dry conditions and crops still being in around the area the brush yard will be closed until further notice.

The Fall Festival will be hosting The Hooligan's car show again this year. It will be on the West side of the square on Madison Street from Washington to Jefferson and possibly to Perry St. if they have enough cars. They are asking that all cars be removed from that area by 6AM Saturday, August 31st. To allow them to set up for the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

East Boat Ramp update! The construction has begun on the new ramp. This ramp will be closed until work is completed. Please use the ramp at the North end unit the project is done.

The City crew will be removing the docks at the East boat ramp later today in preparation for the construction that is scheduled to start next week on the new boat ramp. The ramp itself will remain open until they start next week.
The North ramp is still available for use.

EDIT: The boil order has been lifted.
The water repair on Adams street has been completed and water service should be restored. There will be a boil order for those customers on Adams from Franklin to West Street until we get a good sample back. We will post when the boil order is lifted.
